° Posizione ottima, servita ottimamente da mezzi pubblici, ogni tipo di negozio si trova a portata di mano. Appartamento confortevole ed ottimamente arredato. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni aiuto in caso di necessità.

° Michele è stato premuroso e tempestivo nelle risposte e nel soddisfare le richieste. L'appartamento è fornito di tutti i comfort, nuovo e bello, metropolitana e bus sono vicini. Farmacia e supermercato sotto casa, il quartiere è molto tranquillo. Consigliato!

° Un ambiente incantevole, molto curato e un host veramente disponibile. Complimenti

° Cozy apartment, extremely comfortable and well serviced. Great location in the middle of one of the most beautiful areas of Rome, few steps away from Villa Ada, possibly the most beautiful park of the Capital, where you can walk for hours feeling like being in the countryside. Definitely a place I will come back to when I’ll return to Rome!

° Отличные апартаменты, чисто и уютно, расположение хорошее - до центра на автобусе, напротив отличный супермаркет и множество ресторанов в районе. Хозяин очень приветлив и дружелюбен. Комплимент в виде бутылки вина, напитков порадовали. Не хватило воды без газа, но рядом отличный супермаркет. Если планируете посещение в холодное время года, есть кондиционер с режимом обогрева. Есть стиральная машина. Прекрасный балкон с диванчиком и столиком. Хорошая кухня для приготовления завтрака, обеда и ужина. Прекрасная зона для приема пищи. Кровать немного маловата для двоих, не king-size, но удобная))) Шумоизоляция хорошая, соседей не слышали. С парковочными местами проблема, сложно припарковаться. Платная парковка напротив запросила 25 евро за ночь. Место можно найти, но придётся потратить время на поиск. Очень удобно парковаться в. Выходные дни - бесплатно в данной зоне, если найдёте место.

° Nice place to stay in Rome. Clean and comfortable. Not far from the metro station. The host is very friendly and ready to help with any questions.

° Appartamento ben sistemato, arredato e completo di ogni comfort per un soggiorno tranquillo in una zona di Roma ben collegata e fornita di tutti i servizi ( autolinee cittadine, taxi, supermercati, farmacie, ristoranti, autorimesse, etc... Letto molto comodo. Appartamento luminoso e molto pulito. Grande la disponibilità di MIchele a soddisfare ogni necessità per il soggiorno. Grande cortesia. Si consiglia senza tema di smentita.

° 非常非常好的房子和房东｡整个欧洲旅行最满意的房子!michele非常的友好,给了我们很多的帮助!房子虽然不是很靠近各个景点,但是下楼就是bus车 站,基本能直达各个景点｡ 楼下有个比较大的超市,也很便利｡房间很温馨,我会推荐身边的朋友去罗马入住这里｡

° Michele is a wonderful host, always available and helpful, prompt replies. The apartment is lovely with all the amenities. Smooth check-in and check-out. Highly recommend the place.

° Really nice apartment, very nice building in a quiet but interesting nighberhood. it is cloae enough to get to the center if u want, but we happened to stay nearby which was great. The place was very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, everything u need in the kitchen. But Michele really made the difference - a super nice guy, very welcoming. gave us all the small local tips we needed and was literally in our place in 2 minutes when we asked for something.

° Wir hatten einen außerordentlich tollen Aufenthalt in Rom. Die Wohnung ist sehr schick eingerichtet und uns haben viele liebevolle Details überrascht. Von der Wohnung aus sind die Busshaltestellen sehr nah und die Metro ist in 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Michele ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ich würde gerne 6 Sterne geben, wenn dies möglich wäre!
 
° Location nuovissima e pulitissima ... Molto ben rifinita ed accogliente . Quartiere fornitissimo di tutti i servizi e molto tranquillo !!!

° L'alloggio è situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. È accogliente e pulito. Michele è molto attento, gentile e disponibile. Sono stata molto bene e mi sono sentita come a casa.

° Michele's place was spotless and he was the perfect host able to help with reservations and suggestions. Really quiet local area of Rome which was nice to escape to after a crazy day of sight seeing in the tourist areas. Just note it is about 9 minute walk to the metro and that the 48 euro flat fare from FCO is only for drop off within Aurelian Walls so we paid 70 euros to get to his place from airport.

° Michele’s place is fantastic. Located just of Piazza Vescovio, it’s really easy to get to from Termini yet maintains a very authentic suburban feel - perfect for a get away from anything too ‘touristy’. The local shops are good for daily needs and the local restaurants were able to cater (for the most part) to many different diets; one of the local pizzerias even had a fully fleshed out vegan and gluten free menu! The apartment itself is wonderfully spacious and comfortable. Both me and my girlfriend were able to relax completely. Also, the balcony space is wonderful in the evening! All the amenities are as you would expect: kept to a good standard and easy to use. Michele was an amazing host to us. Very kind and communicative, when we arrived and still more than happy to help while we were staying. Michele wrote back very quickly to help resolve any issues we had. Finally, he let me and my girlfriend check out late on our last day as we had a late flight. This allowed us extra time to explore Rome and to relax ahead of the long journey back home. When I come back to Rome, I will certainly be staying here again!

° Michele is an amazing guest and the house freshly renovated and in mint conditions. Highly recommended.

° Ci siamo trovati benissimo a casa di Michele, ben curata e pulita. Michele ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste anche perché eravamo una coppia in viaggio con un bimbo di 1 anno. La consiglio e sicuramente quando ritorneremo a Roma sarà la nostra prima scelta.

° C'est la seconde fois que nous séjournons chez Michele. L'appartement est propre et confortable, avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Michele est un hôte on ne peut plus gentil et disponible. Le quartier est quant à lui agréable, avec boutiques et restaurants, tout en étant bien connecté avec le centre-ville par le bus et le métro.

° AMAZING!!!! This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at- Michele and his wife went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. They gave me a nice bottle of wine as a surprise birthday gift, let us check out late, and had surprise goodies for us in the fridge(: the apartment has every amenity you’d need to stay well like a fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets, and an ironing board. The pictures truly don’t do this apartment justice, it’s so beautiful and I want to go back again(:

° Appartamento elegante, arredato con gusto e in zona residenziale. Michele una persona molto gentile e disponibile

° Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part de Michele ! L'appartement est très bien décoré, propre, spacieux et ouvert. Il possède une petite terrasse d'où on peut se cacher des autres grâce à des tentures. Il manque peut-être du matériel de cuisine de base (exemple: couteau à viande, sel). Le quartier est en dehors du centre ville mais reste très accessible via les transports en commun. C'est pour moi un de ses avantages, on est mélangé aux romains et non aux touristes, le prix de la vie est bien moindre et il y a pleins de bon restaurants (bien différents des attrapes touristes du centre) ! Je valide et recommande ! ✔️

° Appartamento ampio e luminoso, curato e completamente accessoriato esattamente come appare nelle foto! Zona ben collegata con il centro da bus e metro, il supermercato è giusto di fronte, e c'è anche un ampia scelta di posti per mangiare fuori e bar per fare colazione. Michele è un host perfetto, ci siamo sentiti come a casa, assolutamente consigliato!
